At our dealership, we are: 

  1. Fully sanitizing and wiping down each vehicle on the lot and that comes in for service. 

  2. Deep cleaning common areas used by employees and customers.

  3. Providing additional hand sanitizing stations and wipes for customers and employees.

  4. Instructing employees not to come in if they feel sick or experience any symptoms.

WE'RE STILL AT YOUR SERVICE! Even though we are surrounded by some level of uncertainty, our South Toyota Service Team is ready to help you with your vehicle service needs, so you can be where you need to be, with confidence.

Our Service department is well-staffed and ready to serve you. We are taking all necessary precautions as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff, including implementing deep cleaning protocols, regularly disinfecting high contact areas such as door handles, desks, etc. and asking all employees and customers to stay home if they aren't feeling well.

In addition, here are some steps to minimize personal interaction during your Service appointment:

1. Pull up to the Service Drive Door and fill out paperwork with name, phone number and whether your waiting or dropping off.
2. Get out of your vehicle, leave your key and paperwork on the dash for a valet to grab.
3. Go ahead and leave with your ride at this point or go to the waiting room.
4. We will get your keys/paperwork and use disinfectant to wipe down your door handles, shifter, steering wheel etc., and apply covers.
5. Our staff will call you to verify your service needs and get authorization to work on vehicle.
6. Our technicians will perform the work.
7. Our staff will again wipe down your vehicle after work has been completed.
8. If payment is due, we will gather CC info over the phone.
9. We will place your invoice in your vehicle.
10. Our staff will call you to review the work completed and any recommendations for future service work.
11. We will call you and get an ETA on when you will arrive to pick up your vehicle and make sure the keys are placed inside the vehicle for you.
